With the term Squirting our attention immediately focuses on all those videos, in which we see a woman at the height of pleasure, during orgasm, emitting a very strong jet of transparent liquid from the vagina, associating this physiological reaction with female ejaculation, and a feeling of maximum pleasure that is reached during orgasm. With regard to Squirting, many things have been said, scientific studies have been carried out, to better understand the nature of this transparent liquid substance, very similar to urine, and above all how it is produced by our body; the phenomenon of Squirting as often happens in the world linked to sexuality, has spread thanks to pornography, which has become of interest both in the female world, where millions of women around the world, never having had this physiological reaction during a sexual relationship, yes they are intrigued to better understand what happens in their body, but above all what to do to reach that pleasure so intense during an orgasm, as seen precisely in pornographic videos, and obviously in the male world where men wonder how they can achieve an orgasm like this strong to his partner. Pornography, being the most widespread means of communication in the world regarding sexuality, has created a lot of interest in Squirting, but as often happens, the information that comes to us from hard cinema is almost always untrue, or in any case exalted and scenographic renders to create greater interest in the spectator.

In this Workshop we want to clarify what is, and what is not Squirting, we want to dispel the myth that tells that only some women can squirt and others do not; as with orgasm, the knowledge of one’s own body is the fundamental point from which to start, and obviously the mental predisposition to letting go and discovering new forms of pleasure.

The course will be divided into a theoretical and a practical part, where relaxation techniques and exercises will be taught to improve the elasticity of the perineal muscles, the correct positions to be taken, and the techniques of manual stimulation and with the use of sex toys to reach Squirting. Special sex toys will be used for the practical test.
